What You’ll Experience

Mercat Central de Valencia

We’ll start at the iconic Mercado Central, one of Europe’s largest and most beautiful fresh food markets. In the morning tour, we’ll go inside to explore the vibrant stalls, learn about local ingredients, and enjoy a vermouth tasting—a favorite local tradition. In the evening tour, the market is closed, but we’ll admire its stunning modernist architecture and uncover its historical and culinary significance from the outside.

From the market, we’ll continue with a relaxed walk through the charming old town, filled with stories, culture, and delicious stops.
