In this beginner-friendly Empanadas and Alfajores cooking class, you will learn to make Argentina’s iconic savory pastries from scratch. Guided by a local chef, you will prepare the dough, create traditional fillings, and master the art of folding and crimping. While the empanadas bake, guests enjoy stories about Argentine culture and taste local mate tea.
Then learn to make Argentina’s beloved sweet treat from scratch. Prepare the delicate, crumbly cookies and fill them with rich, creamy dulce de leche.
In the end, everyone gets to enjoy their freshly baked creations.

Great experience
Valentine was a very good teacher. They offer a fun experience where you learn to make empanadas and alfajores. The group also takes advantage of socializing and meeting people from various countries

A Culinary Journey in Buenos Aires!
My recent cooking class in Buenos Aires was a highlight of my trip! It was a warm intimate environment. Tomás was knowledgeable about Argentine cuisine and shared insights into the culture and history behind each dish. A fun touristy thing to do!
Come hungry - you eat the fruits of your labor! It was fun. Don’t expect to open an Argentine restaurant after this class but come for the fun!
