You will discover local organic productions as Organic balsamic vinegar, extra virgin Olive Oil and Organic wines in the unspoiled countryside of Assisi. You will visit vineyards & olive groves, a balsamic aging facility and a winery and understand the real difference between organic and conventional farming. After the visits you will attend a guided tasting of the balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and of 5 different organic wines paired with hot bruschette with organic olive oil, a selection of cheeses and salami and homemade biscotti, enjoying a amazing view of the valley of Assisi.
