What You’ll Experience

Enjoy your half day learning about how to pay respect to the Buddha in the Thai Buddhist way which will make you feel so peaceful. Try some Thai desserts and food that sells on the land market. Explore the canal to see local houses which you can’t see in the center city of Bangkok. Take photos at the orchid farm and try to paddle the boat by yourself in peaceful homestay and enjoy Traditional Thai music played by local children. Explore Klong Lat Mayom Floating Market, you will be excited to see a lot of food, sea food, fruits, Thai snacks and desserts that local people sell on the land market. What you need to know is the floating markets that you will visit are not like the touristy floating market in Damnoen Saduak. You will not see crowded boats in the canal because in the past, local people sold their goods from their plantations mostly on the boat. Later the market became bigger and bigger on the land, so it’s the mixture of floating market and land market but the names have never been changed.
