End with the beloved Mango Sticky Rice for dessert. At your personal station, create each dish 99% yourself, including making curry paste from scratch. Enjoy your creations and take-home recipes with the skills to recreate authentic Thai flavors. With your own cooking station, you’ll create each dish 99% yourself, from grinding curry paste to making fresh coconut milk, ensuring an authentic culinary experience. Each day offers standout dishes to elevate your cooking skills. Mondays feature Som Tum papaya salad and Green Curry. Tuesdays highlight Tom Kha Gai coconut chicken soup and Red Curry. Wednesdays bring Tom Yum Goong spicy shrimp soup and Pad See Ew stir-fried noodles . Thursdays offer the flavorful Larb Gai spicy minced chicken salad and Panang Curry. Fridays combine Som Tum with Pad Krapow Gai basil chicken , while Saturdays focus on Pad Thai and Green Curry. Sundays wrap up with Tom Yum Goong and Panang Curry.
