Participants learn to recognize varietals, savoring chocolates that melt in the mouth, revealing deep notes. In Bariloche, the National Chocolate Capital, Patagonian truffles infused with regional flavors like rosehip and lavender offer a taste of local identity.


The experience concludes with a gourmet tasting of semi-sweet, milk, and white chocolates paired with spices like cardamom and pepper, enhancing flavors for a unique sensory delight.
