Coffee Farm Tour in Bogotá – From Bean to Brew

Escape the city and join a half-day journey into the Andean countryside, where Colombia’s coffee culture comes alive on a small organic family farm. Enjoy a traditional Colombian breakfast tasting and coffee brewed in an olleta, served by local hosts. Explore 5,000 coffee plants, learn to spot ripe beans, and discover how hand-picking shapes the harvest. The farm’s natural ecosystem, free of fumigation, reveals sustainable practices and authentic rural traditions.

Join a hands-on workshop with a local coffee grower to grind roasted beans and brew a second cup using a French press. If the season allows, plant your own coffee tree and leave a mark on the land.

Return to Bogotá in the early afternoon with a deeper understanding of Colombia’s coffee culture. This immersive experience blends sustainability, storytelling, and flavor. Authentic, cozy, and culturally rich, it is ideal for travelers who value real connections over mass tourism.
