How is it possible to come to the Dominican Republic and do not try delicious Caribbean Lobster? It is definitely a waste of vacation!
After comfortable transfer from your hotel to Oliver Lab by Taino Gourmet, our chef will share with you the old tradition of Dominican fishers. Do you know how do they catch lobsters, “lambí” and shrimps? We will use 3 types of seafood while cooking “Caribbean Lobster Delight” and typical vegetables like platano and yuca. Caribbean seafood is a well-known aphrodisiac, so you will probably want to dance some salsa after?
With Oliver rum and incredible dessert, this night will be the most memorable time of your vacation!

Wonderful
We enjoyed the entire experience. The setting was beautiful, the rum tasting was amazing, the cooking class was so much fun and the lobsters were delicious. We learned a lot and had a great time with Roody. He was great!

Try this cooking class in Punta Cana!
We did the lobster cooking class with Ruth. She was delightful. Very kind and engaging for my two sons. She showed us how to make ceviche, lobster and mashed potatoes. We tasted some yummy rum and cheesecake. A nice way to spend a rainy day in DR!

Great fun and delicious food
Out chef Rudy made us welcome in his kitchen. The results were delicious and my girlfriend and I think it was the best part of our whole week in Punta Cana.

Fun cooking experience
We found our cooking experience very fun and enjoyable.the food- mostly prepared by us, was acceptable- although one of the lobsters was pretty small. It's located in a little mall, and they have a store that they walk you through- but I never felt pressured to buy which I appreciated!! And as soon as we were ready to leave- we were escorted out to our ride- I felt very safe the entire time!!
