Discover the world of gin in a compact, interactive experience, from the selection of botanicals to tasting in the glass to your own gin. After a brief introduction to the distillery and the basics of distillation, you will dive straight into the practice : you will select your own botanicals and work with the team on the copper still. You will learn how flavours are created and how a gin is built up in flavour. Unlike the all-day Master class, this experience focuses on the creative and sensory part of the process. The actual distillation is then carried out and completed by the team. A guided tasting of selected gins from the range completes the experience and gives you a sense of style, balance and signature of the distillery. Your personal gin composition will then be finished for you, filled into a 500 ml bottle and sent home to you as a reminder of your own gin experience. The experience lasts 4 hours and takes place in a small group. The distillery is fully accessible for the disabled.
