Leave Modena 45 minutes in advance the starting time 3pm by car or taxi. taxi from Bologna to our location (Acetaia Cavedoni) is around 70euros- from Modena to Acetaia Cavedoni is 45euros.
we can reserve a taxi to get back to Modena or Bologna.
The closer train station is Vignola 7km far from our location 15 minutes by taxi(20euros) but you have to reserve a taxi in advance because there are not taxi there.
Taste and tour of one of the oldest traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena DOP and balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP producer. The tour starts with a tour of the vineyards around the company and you will see all the productions from the grapes to the final products. You will then taste 8 different balsamic vinegar from 5years to 100 years old. Welcome to the world of top quality balsamic vinegar.
