The vineyards of the Montagne de Reims lie between the Reims Mountain Regional Natural Park and the agricultural plain between Reims & Epernay. It contains 9 Grands Crus villages. Its soils are chalk-based, and Pinot Noir is the is the predominant grape variety. Tightly clustered, pine cone-shaped bunches of fruit first cultivated first in Burgundy in the year AD100.
Our tour will focus on producers of 100% Grand Cru Pinot Noir.
