What You’ll Experience

Discover more about the world of Burgandian cheese and wine with a local expert into the center of Dijon (10 min walking from the center and from the train station). First, meet in a cellar in the center of the town. Come and taste four local cheeses and try different pairings with four local wines wich are coming from small local producers. Learn why some cheeses pair well with wines and how taste wine. Join a local specialist and learn more about the traditions and history of wine in the region, and how wine is made.
