Under the guidance of experienced cheese professionals, you will gain valuable insights into the art of cheese production while tasting small samples to illustrate various manufacturing processes. In the end, you will take home your freshly made cheese, ideal for enjoying pure or creative dishes.
Use of tools and material for cheese production
In about two hours, under expert guidance, you will make your own cheese as a team of two in a cauldron, with fresh milk and everything else. In addition, you can purchase selected cheeses and take your cheese home fresh.
