Enjoy a private day trip from Madrid with your own van and English-speaking driver-guide, including hotel pickup and drop-off for a seamless, personalized experience.


Travel first to La Mancha and visit an artisanal Manchego cheese dairy, where you’ll learn about traditional production methods and enjoy a tasting of this iconic regional specialty. Continue to Consuegra to admire the famous windmills that inspired Don Quixote, with time to take photos, followed by free time for lunch at a traditional Castilian restaurant (own expense).


In the afternoon, arrive in Toledo and stop at a panoramic viewpoint before exploring the historic center on foot. Discover its multicultural heritage while viewing key landmarks from the exterior. The day concludes with a visit to a traditional marzipan workshop, where you’ll learn about this local sweet and sample several varieties.
