Join us for a unique cooking experience in the embrace of a 480-year-old historic building. The foundation stone was laid during the migration of the Moriscos from Andalusia to Chefchaouen, led by Moulay Ali bin Rashid. All the dishes that are prepared have an Andalusian-Moroccan character, inspired by the era of 1470, which was characterized by peaceful coexistence between Jews, Christians, and Muslims. Discover the vibrant tapestry of Moroccan cooking through our immersive cooking classes that promise not just a meal, but an unforgettable journey through the rich flavors and traditions of Moroccan cuisine.

What You’ll Experience

After meeting at the nearest point and checking if they have any food allergy, we choose the menu suitable for all parties (vegetarian, vegan and non-vegan) I'll start my cooking class by teaching you how to make traditional Moroccan tea, then we'll settle in for tea time and enjoy delicious Moroccan cookies and cakes as we get to know each other. The menu will consist of starters, main dishes (all will be of your choice) On the menu will be the most typical Moroccan dishes; selection of Moroccan starters + a main course + dessert I will walk you through the cooking process step by step and teach you my personal cooking technique and unique selection of herbs and spices to create the most authentic Moroccan meal you have ever tasted.
