What You’ll Experience
You’ll join a hands-on cherry blossom pastry-making workshop where you’ll learn how to create these delicate flower-shaped treats from scratch. Starting with making the dough, your instructor will guide you step by step through preparing, shaping, and filling each pastry with sweet red bean paste. You’ll learn how to form the dough into a beautiful cherry blossom shape and create the details that give the pastries their distinctive appearance.
After shaping your pastries, they’ll be baked on site, and you’ll have the chance to taste what you’ve created.
