Prepare yourself for an authentic and extraordinary journey through Italian culture & cuisine! Immerse yourself in the life of Ligurians and learn about the history, culture and food of this enchanting region. Travellers come from far and wide to explore Cinque Terre, the five small picturesque colourful old villages, Unesco World Heritage Sites since 1997, perched on the sea and in close symbiosis with nature, worldwide famous for its terraced vineyards, cliff-hanging trails, lush olive groves, terraced slopes and its coloured houses that decorate the entire mountainside.


Join our small group of food lovers and explore 3 of the most charming villages (Monterosso, Manarola and Vernazza). Follow your foodie guide to the most beloved bakeries, wine shops, cafés and restaurants, and taste our local fares.


Take a public boat and train and receive personalised attention while mixing with the community to make new friends and finish creating your memorable Italian experience.

Cinque Terre (Pass By)

A guided food tour to discover the 3 perls of Cinque Terre (Monterosso, Manarola & Vernazza) learning about their history while sampling a variety of delicious tastings.

Monterosso al Mare

You will meet your guide in Monterosso. Nobody can resist its charming beach and “Carugi” (alleys) of the village where we will have the most delicious street food tastings of Liguria and continue visiting the historic center and main Church which like a shrine holds the treasures of the small fishermen community.

Manarola

We will embark on the boat to reach Manarola, with a navigation of about 20 minutes, thanks to which we will embrace in a single glance the spectacle of the Cinque Terre coast, taking memorable pics of the villages seen from the sea. You will taste other Ligurian local specialties in Manarola while walking the romantic path the "manarolino" for unforgettable views.

Vernazza

You cannot miss the train experience to move between one village and the other as all the locals do. We will take a 5 minutes train and get off in Vernazza. Your guide will tell you incredible stories about it. Enjoy its historic center and Santa Margherita Church and sit in the main square to sample our two last street food specialties most beloved by the locals and allow you to grasp the soul of these unique place.
