The distance from Santiago to Colchagua Valley is approximately 120 kilometers (75 miles), and it takes around 2.5 to 3 hours to reach the heart of the valley, Santa Cruz. Ruta 5 (Pan-American Highway): This is the most direct and commonly used route. You'll head south on Ruta 5, which is a well-maintained highway.
