I’m Chef Jordi Botella, born and raised in Valencia — proud winner of 2nd prize at the historic “Falla del Mercat de Russafa” Paella Contest in 2005.


New here, but with 500+ workshops for top companies.


Let’s explore the vibrant Russafa Market and interact with vendors. Then, enjoy sangria and tapas before cooking my award-winning paella. You’ll feel right at home — like a true local!


Trained at a Michelin-starred chef school, with 8 years of kitchen experience, I grew up enjoying paella with my family… almost every Sunday!
