Great cooking experience.
We prepared a full 5 course meal and then enjoyed our meal. Definitely arrive hungry! Nikos was very kind, knowledgeable and welcoming.

Step into the world of Greek cooking with this immersive culinary journey. Begin with an insightful introduction to the rich history of Greek cuisine before teaming up to prepare delicious dishes using fresh, authentic ingredients like olive oil, feta cheese, and a variety of vegetables. Spend around two hours honing your skills as you craft 2-3 classic recipes, all while enjoying the vibrant aromas of oregano, thyme, and garlic. Once the cooking is complete, savor the fruits of your labor together at a communal table, sharing the delicious meal you've created.

Your Greek cooking experience begins with a short introduction to the history and traditions of Greek cuisine, including the ingredients and flavors that define the Mediterranean diet.
Participants then split into teams of two, with each team preparing 2–3 authentic Greek dishes using fresh local ingredients and traditional recipes.
The hands-on cooking session lasts approximately 2 hours and is designed to be interactive, social, and suitable for all skill levels — including beginners.
At the end of the class, all dishes are placed on the table and everyone comes together to enjoy a shared homemade Greek meal accompanied by local wine and conversation.
This group experience offers a warm and authentic atmosphere where guests can connect through food, culture, and Greek hospitality.

So fun and so good!
My husband and I had such a fun time! The food was so flavorful and delicious, I can't believe we actually made it. Nikos is such a great teacher and so knowledgeable too. It was so special that he shared his family recipes with us. I look forward to trying them again at home. Thank you!

Greek Flavours and Fun
Our cooking class with Maria and Nikos was exceptionally good. The kitchen and dining area was modern and spacious. We learned to cook 5 different kinds of Greek cuisine with care, patience and attention. Maria is an excellent instructor and made us feel at home right away. The steps were well prepared and organized and even we, as novices, could participate with success. We learned so much and will be trying our recipes at home. Wonderful class worth doing again!
I was a little nervous because I am not a great cook but this experience was so wonderful and so rich of family feel - The class was a great size. I wish I could have brought the chef and her son back to Texas with me. She was so gracious and even adapted a recipe to vegetarian for me. I would totally do this again if I can get back to Athens!
