We are a 17th century palazzo in the centre of Rome which we renovate to meet the needs of a luxury traveler. All our Chefs speak perfect English and are specialized in teaching you how to make hands-on true Italian pizza.
You will learn how to make fresh pizza from scratch and will be able to adorn it with your favorite toppings
