It is open to beginners, I am here to help you!
All materials and ingredients are provided.
Studio overlooking quiet courtyard and Paris rooftops.
Recipe sheets and details on pastries.
Personalized course with a maximum of 2 people.
Tasting with tea, coffee or rooibos.
A coffee table is available for children.
I like customer contact, meeting people from other countries (courses in English too).
Come make madeleines and redo them at home, the atmosphere is good.
The apartment right in the center, easy access.
I give personalized advice on the neighborhood (Vivienne gallery, garden of the royal palace...) and on the pastry shop in Paris.
You leave with your madeleines in a cake box.
Pastry is very fun and at the same time manual, but above all delicious.

Make your own French madeleines in a Parisian apartment, under an authentic Parisian roof.
It is a personalized course with 2 participants maximum.

I always thought...
I always thought madeleines would be difficult to make—but Emmanuel made it so simple and delicious! He answered all my questions with a smile, shared lots of helpful tips, and made the whole experience fun and relaxed. Highly recommended if you want to learn authentic French baking in a friendly atmosphere.

It was fun and delicious.
Dr. Emmanuel was kind and asked a lot of questions, but he taught me carefully. I will also receive the recipe and make it after returning home.

Cancelled lat minute via email, no explanation given
Cancelled on us 1.5 hours before after we decided on this instead of something else. Then was too late for both. Unreliable
