Traditional Moroccan cuisine is rightly considered one of the tastiest and finest in North Africa. We will pick you up from your hotel to take you to Kasbah souss, and will immediately go shopping in the markets of Bensergao (local market near kasba souss) We will explore all the markets and buy the fresh ingredients from the locals to buy food, Later we will go back to kasbah souss, then you will enjoy Moroccan mint tea before cooking class started. After that we are getting ready to cook together, I will show you how to cook our Tagines step by step and I will share with you all the recipes I learned from my grandmother. Finally, we appreciate our work, we will savor our preparations with a great Berber mint tea! I'll show you the secret of good! Then we will go for 2 hour camel riding throught berber villages, eucalyptos forest, Flamingos ouad souss river, with a professionnal guide who speaks several languages.

Authentic Cookery Experience

We were warmly greeted and guided through a local market to buy vegetables for the tagine we were to make. Afterwards, we were guided through the process to make authentic Moroccan Tagine in a working kitchen. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and we learned a lot about the way the food is prepared and cooked. Afterwards we got chance to walk around the artisan shops then ate our Tagine. It was very delicious. I would highly recommend this experience.

A Great Experience

The whole experience was very good, the team very friendly and attentive. Abdul is a good guy and took us to the market to buy the ingredients, bring patient as we looked around. The cooking class was fun for us all and the tagine meal that we made was delicious. Overall we had a great experience.

Great experience!!

Abdul rahim was an amazing tour guide. We got to see the fresh produce in their local souk which we bought and later used to makes delicious tagine. We will recommend this for tourists that want to know how to make the national dish while also getting an experience out of it. Thank you so much for the day!

A taste of Morocco in Agadir

My two grown up daughters and I attended a Moroccan cooking class in Agadir focused on the art of making tagine, and it was an exceptional experience.
