Participating in a cooking course does not only mean learning new local recipes, but also deepening the true culture, customs and habits of a food type.
- Starting from the Market, where the most important phase takes place.
Guide to the right qualitative purchase: Selection of "Zero Kilometer" products, knowledge of the fresh seasonal product and deepening on the various types of use in the kitchen.
-At work!
Back at the restaurant all the participants will participate in the foreground throughout the preparation of Sicilian recipes, in a home-style just as per Sicilian tradition. Appetizers, first courses and second courses will be created with great family harmony all with a breathtaking view!
-It's ready!
After the preparation, the participants will sit in their seats to start the lunch prepared by them accompanied by two local homemade wines.

A wonderful Scilian cooking experience
We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our cooking experience. Chef Massimo was incredibly friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, and we learnt so much about Sicilian cooking, ingredients and traditions. Fabulous Chef
Chef Massimo was great! He explained everything in great detail, was funny and in a very good mood, and the food he/we prepared together with his crew was spectacular. The fish he grilled was perfect, absolutely delicious. The whole experience was not cheap, but worth the money. Would do it again.

An Enjoyable Cooking Experience
It was fun from start to finish. Shopping for fresh vegetables at the market, going to the butcher shop and walking to massimo’s home which involved going down and back up a few flights of stairs. There were 16 of us which I would have preferred a much smaller group. Massimo is a great instructor with loads of information. For example what type of fish to buy and NOT buy based on appearance. We look forward to receiving an email from Massimo with the recipes.
