Aspasia, a vivacious and sociable hostess, hails from the picturesque region of Mani, in Southern Greece, and brings with her a deep love for traditional cooking. With a rich back-ground in pharmacy and entrepreneurship, she has now transitioned her passion into a delightful culinary experience for visitors.


With expertise in the kitchen and a knack for creating delicious dishes, her creations are heavily influenced by her birthplace, and she is dedicated to preserving the authentic rec-ipes of the traditional dishes she learned as a child.


Aspasia’s warm and welcoming personality, coupled with her infectious sense of humor, ensures that guests feel right at home as they embark on a culinary journey with her.

Graviera is a traditional Greek hard cheese with its flavor ranging from slightly sweet to a bit spicy.
