With a rich back-ground in pharmacy and entrepreneurship, she has now transitioned her passion into a delightful culinary experience for visitors. With expertise in the kitchen and a knack for creating delicious dishes, her creations are heavily influenced by her birthplace, and she is dedicated to preserving the authentic rec-ipes of the traditional dishes she learned as a child. Aspasia’s warm and welcoming personality, coupled with her infectious sense of humor, ensures that guests feel right at home as they embark on a culinary journey with her.

Aspasia's event is one of the most unconventional ways for you to meet the hidden side of Athens. Step into a bright, harmonically decorated house, the perfect environment for an unforgettable culinary experience. Participate in a 3-hour session, contributing to the preparation of a rich variety of dishes. Let your hostess teach you new recipes and interesting information, all within a lighthearted atmosphere of socializing and interaction. Last but not least, savor the delectable meal you've helped create, amidst laughter and lively conversation, and clink your glasses! That special memory of Greece will stay forever in your heart! The menu consists of all the dishes that are mentioned and described below. Also, guests will be served two glasses of white wine per person.

Graviera is a traditional Greek hard cheese with its flavor ranging from slightly sweet to a bit spicy.

Not only did I have a Cooking Experience, I made a Food Friend!!!!

This is a must do experience when in Athens!!!! Aspasia not only let me in to her apartment for a cooking class, but made me feel at home for a cooking experience!!! 😋 I had such a wonderful time with her as she walked me through making a simple but authentic and delicious Greek meal. We made stuffed peppers, stuffed eggplants, scrambled eggs and tomatoes, Greek meatballs with yougart dipping sauce and dessert of rice pudding!!! Perfect cooking class in Athens

We went with two couples and attended a cooking class. Incredible experience, it was one of the best nights in Athens. The food was excellent, the people were excellent. I recommend it to everyone!

Perfect cooking experience. I recommend it for everyone to experience in the center of Athens, just 10 minutes from the Acropolis. Aspasia is a great person, she taught us and explained all the recipes, we had a great time.

Unique experience!

Aspasia is the best! It's completely different to watch a traditional recipe online than to cook it with a local! As an experience it was extraordinary and the result was way more than pleasant!
