Dinner

During the Cooking Class in Delirio, you will live a unique gastronomic experience in Viña del Mar. Welcome and presentation: You will meet our internationally experienced chef and the other participants in a welcoming atmosphere. Entrance preparation: You will learn how to make a delicious traditional tapa with fresh ingredients. Main course: Following the chef’s instructions, you will cook an iconic dish with authentic techniques. Drinks and tasting: You will enjoy carefully selected drinks to pair with your creation. Dessert and closure: You will prepare a special dessert and share the experience with the group. Everything is included in the price, so you only worry about cooking, enjoying and learning. Exceptional! So much fun....

Exceptional! So much fun. Alvaro made a super fun environment and taught a lot. We made pasta from scratch as well as espresso martini and caprese salad. Had a lot of fun! Would certainly do it again!! Nos encanto ♥️

Highly recommend!

Terrific fun! Cocktail, ceviche, entree, & dessert were all made so come hungry and be prepared to take your time. Located in a high rise, the view was spectacular, the hosts were very professional and well organized. Really worth the money, highly recommend!

Amazing Cooking Experience!

The cooking class was wonderful. We made delicious drinks, yummy tapas and main course and the dessert was amazing. This class was so much fun. The Chefs were amazing and everything was easy to make. We loved dining and talking with the other participants and Chefs. Everyone was very welcoming.
