You’ll be warmly welcomed by Maryem and Mohamed at Riad Ambre & Epices, a hidden gem in the heart of Marrakech’s Medina.
Alongside Chef Fatima, you’ll dive into the magic of Moroccan home cooking, starting your experience the traditional way — with a glass of fresh mint tea and plenty of smiles!
You’ll begin by discussing your menu choices, selecting from some of Morocco’s most iconic and flavorful dishes. Then stroll through the vibrant souk with Maryem to pick out the freshest local ingredients while discovering the stories, colors, and aromas of Marrakech’s food culture.
Back at the riad, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and cook together! Learn how to prepare each dish step-by-step in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
When everything’s ready, sit down to enjoy the feast you’ve created — whether it’s a group experience full of laughter and new friends, or a private moment shared with your loved ones in the cozy charm of our riad.

A great dose of taste and fun!
The concept of cooking class is really excellent on every aspects. The warm and friendly welcome mood, the veggies and grocery shopping at the souk, the cooking class with the very friendly chef Fatima and the overall time spent with the wonderful and solar Maryem! Ending up the great experience with a perfect tasting on the rooftop. A joyful, qualitative and cultural experience for our teenagers. Thank you all for this great day!

Parfait !
L’expérience était vraiment au top de ce que l’on pouvait s’attendre avec la compagne. Le Riad est vraiment très calme ce qui nous a permis de nous évadé pleinement. Merci à MERYEM et MOHAMMED ainsi que SALIMA de nous avoir accompagné toute la journée.

Faire les courses directement au Souk c’est génial ! Nous avons été très bien accueilli, beaucoup de partage et de rire. Le lieu est magnifique, et le repas était délicieux ! Merci à Meryem, Mohammed et Salima pour la cuisine Nous reviendrons très bientôt ;)
