Experience Details

You will be welcomed by the chef and the owner in a familiar and friendly atmosphere.

In addition to the cooking school we will listen to Italian music accompanied by good wine!

During a short interval, the owner will prepare a small tasting of their 100% completely natural extra virgin olive oil

All the products that will be used are completely natural and all produced by the owner

You can buy oil and wine directly from the producer!

Once the cooking school is over we will sit at the table to taste the freshly prepared pasta and dessert.

What You’ll Experience

We'll prepare together different kinds of fresh pasta, the Tuscan ragù and a traditional Italian dessert. We'll only use high quality and homemade ingredients . We'll cook with oil produced from our olive trees and with vegetables grown in our garden. We'll savor that we cooked during the lesson , sipping red wine produced by a local farmer. You will be immersed in a wonderful atmosphere, in Villa on a charming hill in Val di Chiana. Surrounded by woodland where you can see squirrel, hares and deer. An ideal place to learn to cook. The experience last about 5 hours. Other things to note Please let us know if you have allergies or dietary restrictions . If you don't find an available date, contact us.
