Learn, in a real laboratory, to prepare two symbols that represent Sicily in the world: the Arancino and the Almond Paste!


The Prince of street food and the Princess of culinary delights, together in a fantastic lesson!


The arancino: an iconic rice ball to be filled in a thousand ways with its pointed shape that recalls Etna and which in this part of Sicily is called Arancino…


You will learn, under the careful guidance of our chef, how to cook Sicilian arancini starting from the cooking of various types of filling: from the classic one with meat sauce, to the one with aubergines ... And in many other ways. On request we will also prepare excellent vegetarian fillings. You will then move on to preparing the crust and cooking technique


After we will teach you how to prepare the dessert renowned all over the world aka

"Almond Pastries"

What You’ll Experience

Almond pastes are one of the symbols of Sicily; a delicious dessert with an almond base, excellent for all occasions and which can be served with coffee or tea. This dessert, with a soft consistency, is also perfect for those who are lactose intolerant due to the total absence of milk and derivatives. You will learn how to make it and then replicate it at home At the end of this fantastic lesson you will taste what you have prepared under the guidance of the chef; a light lunch or dinner in a relaxed environment with an excellent bottle of Sicilian red wine and a glass of limoncello whose flavors will marry perfectly with these two masterpieces!!! The course is held for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 12 people.

Was absolutely amazing. The pasta making was super fun, and they were very helpful. The meal after was delicious! Definitely recommend!

Grazie mille that we were allowed to try our hand at the Arancini, I think for our very first time they were quite good ❤️🇮🇹❤️ and the almond cookies ... we will also copy them in Germany 😄
