Riga Gin Laboratory is organized by Dvoretsky distillery and provides a hands-on and immersive educational experience for gin enthusiasts and curious learners. Participants learn about the history and origins of gin, as well as the diverse botanicals that flavor the spirit. They explore the production process, from distillation to bottling, gaining insights into the art of crafting gin. Visitors often have the opportunity to create their own unique gin recipes, experimenting with different botanical combinations. The Riga Gin Laboratory may offer tasting sessions, allowing students to appreciate the nuances of various gins from around the world. Overall, gin school offers a memorable and enriching experience that deepens one’s appreciation and understanding of gin.

We will do 5-7 Dvoretsky distillery craft drink tasting menu

Snacks

We using Craft copper alambics during our master class

You will become a Distiller for 2 hours. We will guide you thru history of GIN, describe production process in details and you will be able to make your own GIN based on your preferences. Together we will enjoy Craft spirits: - degustation of Dvoretsky family products, and; - distill your own GIN

Fabulous experience for a gin fan!

This was a fantastic experience! I have been a big fan of gin for long and getting to create my own recipe with botanicals and making it was awesome! Very nice premises and the host was great. Really recommend this to anyone interested in diving deeper into gin world 👌

Disappointed

The experience did not start off well because we were not given the correct address of this experience. I had planned this specifically because the location was within a 10-minute walking distance of our hotel and the restaurant where we had reservations afterwards.
