This is an olive oil tasting experience led by Chemist Maria Kalitsounaki, a professional olive oil taster. You will taste award-winning Cretan Olive Oils from 3 varieties of Crete, so you will have the chance to learn their flavor profiles. Along with this olive oil workshop, you will discover how to distinguish a defective olive oil from a good one, empowering you to make informed choices every time you shop for olive oil and pair specific olive oils with various cuisines, elevating your culinary creations from ordinary to extraordinary. You will indulge in Cretan flavors at the Lyrakis Family Olive Green Mill, with an expert Olive Oil Taster answering your questions.

Debunk common myths and facts about Olive Oil, learn how olive oil is made, and discover all the health and beauty benefits.
