Top tour company for wine
Back in 2019 we found this company and used them for 2 days of wine tasting and had a wonderful experience. Fast forward to 2026. Heading back to Stellenbosch and wondered if they were still there so reached out using my old email from 2019. They were not only there - but they remembered us and were most gracious. Highly recommended tour
I highly recommend this tour. Louis was very knowledgeable about the local area, and wine regions across the world. We went to four wineries/wine farms on the day – Glenelly Estate, L’avenir Wine Estate, Neil Ellis Wines (we had lunch here) and Kleine Zalze. We felt the day was at a leisurely pace and we were never rushed to go to the next wine farm like a large group tour.

Fantastic Day of Learning and Drinking.
I had a wonderful day learning about wine from Louis. Wine is new to me so having Louis help me understand all the technicalities of what wine is and why it tastes the way it tastes. I really enjoyed learning all about the growing, processing and why a wine flavour tastes the way it does. I felt very comfortable learning with Louis and learning was really what I enjoy doing when I'm travelling. Great intro to Stellenbosch wine
We had a delightful day with our guide Jan Du Preez, who is retired from the wine business. Tastings at 3 wine farms and another for lunch. The experiences were distinct. Rustenberg has old buildings, a garden, and the widest selection of wines. At Neil Ellis, we tasted premium wines from an innovator. At Barkinney, our server brought sprigs of fresh herbs to show how those aromas would influence our impressions of the wines. Tokara was a delightful lunch stop.

Wine tasting
This was a great visit to three really nice wineries and lunch with a beautiful view. Louis was very friendly and knowledgeable.
