After an invigorating 8-kilometer run (distance and pace can be adjusted to your preference), you deserve to start your day with a delicious energy boost! We'll visit a time-honored establishment with over 90 years of history to enjoy an authentic local breakfast!
1. Historical Immersion: Run around the 600-year-old Forbidden City walls through Beijing's historic streets.
2. Flexible Exercise: 8km route (two 4km laps) at 6-7 min/km pace, suitable for all running levels.
