    What You’ll Experience

    Join us for a hands-on dim sum cooking experience in Vancouver, where you will learn how to make traditional dumplings from scratch in a fun and interactive setting. Guided by Chef Renée, you will learn the basics of dim sum, including filling, folding, and cooking techniques, while preparing a variety of dumplings in a small group setting. This class is perfect for couples, friends, or solo guests. After cooking, everyone will sit down together to enjoy the dishes they have made. No cooking experience is needed, and all ingredients and equipment are provided.
