Oaxaca is home to the largest variety of agave species in Mexico (more than 30), many of which are endemic. This allows a unique richness of flavors. In this experience you will try different labels and learn the tasting technique to differentiate and know the type of mezcal you consume.
We keep this session small and private to ensure that your experience is unique, the show sauce is open to tour participants in a welcoming atmosphere and created exclusively to provide this experience in the heart of the city.
