Experience Details
Roll up your sleeves for an adults-only evening in the heart of Trastevere. You'll make fresh pasta from scratch, including hand-rolled ravioli and classic Amatriciana, guided by a born-and-raised Roman chef who knows these recipes like the back of his hand. In between, you'll taste true Roman pizza al taglio, learn to mix a perfect Aperol Spritz and other Italian aperitivi, and sip a glass of Prosecco as you cook. The evening wraps with a traditional Tiramisu and a printed recipe pack so you can bring the whole menu home with you.
