Classes take place inside, in a cozy and well-equipped kitchen, and outside, in the property's garden, surrounded by greenery and a unique panorama overlooking the island of Capri and Mount Vesuvius. The kitchen is located a few steps from the garden : when the season allows, guests can participate in the collection of fresh ingredients experiencing firsthand the bond between the land and the table. Guided by the chef, participants will prepare a menu representative of the local tradition: crocchè, a typical Sorrento appetizer; the famous scialatielli alla Nerano, symbol of the cuisine of the Amalfi Coast; and a dessert that for centuries has represented Sorrento in the world — lemon delights, made with the fragrant Sorrento lemons. At the end of the lesson, guests will enjoy the dishes prepared in a convivial and relaxed setting. Castor will accompany lunch with wine produced in the adjacent vineyard and limoncello. A cooking school that is not just a lesson, but a journey through the scents, colors and traditions of Sorrento, with the flexibility to live the experience both outdoors and indoors.
