+538 photosIt has been a very beautiful experience. All the staff have been lovely and very welcoming, they are a wonderful family. The tour was super pleasant, in which they offer you a lot of local fruit, cocoa, and coffee to taste. 100% recommended.
We had a memorable time at the Don Olivo Chocolate Tour. Our guide was amazing, knowledgable, and a great host. We got to sample fresh fruit, chocolate in its various forms and stages, and freshly ground coffee too - can't recommend it enough!
It was amazing. Our guide, Danny, was very knowledgeable, personable and fun. The tour itself was fascinating. There is a purpose for every tree, a purpose for every animal, including insects. Truly amazing. Would highly recommend this tour.
We were looking for a different, authentic experience, and we definitely found it! Don Olivo is a family business that allows you to get to know the world of cocoa up close through a tour of their own farm, in a close, welcoming environment full of nature. I loved this tour so much more than I even expected. I brought a two and four year old as well and our guide, Joseph, was truly incredible. He explained things in a way that was exciting and engaging even for little ones, he shared so much information and guided us through at a perfect pace, and the amount of delicious fruits we had could only be topped by the coffee and chocolate at the end.
