- Appropriate clothing for a place of worship is required: access with bare legs and shoulders, and wearing sandals, hats, or sunglasses is not permitted. You may be refused entry to the Baptistery and Cathedral if you fail to comply with the cathedral's dress requirements
- Please note that the guided tour does not include the Brunelleschi's Dome(Cupola), you can climb the Brunelleschi's Dome on your own (Pre-reserved ticket time) after the Duomo Complex guided tour ends
- There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
- Not recommended for participants with back problems, physically not fit to climb steps, suffering from vertigo, claustrophobia, or heart problems, and pregnant women
- After the first validation, the ticket is valid for 72 hours: you can use it to visit locations listed on your own time (Giotto's Bell Tower and Santa Reparata)
- Please note that if you arrive after the tour start time you will not be able to join and will not be refunded or have your tour rescheduled
