You'll begin your whisky tasting experience by meeting at our bar, before being welcomed into our historic cellar on Edinburgh’s Royal Mile. Once seated, with four carefully selected drams in front of you, your whisky masterclass begins. Guided by a passionate expert, you'll explore the rich history of Scotch whisky, learn how to properly nose and taste each dram, and discover what to look for in aroma, palate, and finish. Along the way, you'll hear fascinating stories about the origins and evolution of whisky in Scotland, blending education with a relaxed, fun atmosphere. With a maximum group size of just 10 guests, the experience remains intimate and personal, allowing plenty of time for questions and conversation. Whether you're a complete beginner or a whisky enthusiast, the session is designed to be accessible, welcoming, and informative for all. At the start, you’ll also have the opportunity to upgrade to premium or rare whiskies if you wish to enhance your tasting journey.
