Chef Shovan makes sushi making easy, interactive, and fun, no prior experience required. With a focus on fresh ingredients and simple techniques, this class is a great way to explore Japanese inspired flavors while learning a new skill. What You’ll Experience

Learn how to roll fresh, flavorful sushi in this beginner-friendly class with Chef Shovan. You’ll start by prepping seasoned sushi rice and mastering basic knife and rolling techniques. Then, get hands-on as you create two classic rolls from scratch: a vibrant veggie roll with mango, avocado, and cucumber, and a traditional California roll with crab sticks, avocado, and cucumber. With step-by-step guidance and a relaxed atmosphere, you’ll roll, slice, and plate your sushi — then sit down to enjoy your creations with the group.
