Italy's Food Valley on a plate – this hands-on cooking class in Philadelphia, explores Emilia-Romagna through aged Parmigiano Reggiano, handmade pasta and a rustic almond cake.


Your hands-on cooking experience features:

- Parmigiano Reggiano con Mostarda di Frutta with aged Parmesan and Italian candied fruit mustard

- Handmade Pasta – gnocchi in sage butter or lasagna with beef ragù and Béchamel (group choice)

- Sbrisolona (Crunchy Almond Cake) with cornmeal, flour, butter, almonds, eggs and sugar


You will leave with the skills to make handmade pasta, a proper Béchamel and a rustic Italian almond cake at home. Guests are welcome to bring wine or beer to enjoy throughout the experience.
