Island and Giannutri, you'll learn to cook local recipes, dishes that are influenced by the Tuscan and Roman cuisine.
At your arrival you'll taste some Etruscan snack together with the wine.
Vittoria will tell the history of the Etruscans and their cuisine handed down to us.
Being a member of the Slow Food Cooks Alliance, she uses local products from small local businesses offering fresh and organic ingredients, so that at the end of your class you can enjoy excellent and tasty food.
She'll guide you through all the steps, tips and tricks for a successful dish, and will show you the best wine pairings.
After cooking together, you'll taste and enjoy the fruit of your work which will be paired with a delicious local wine from the nearby vineyards, all in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
