Live a complete and privileged experience in the heart of the Rozelieures distillery. Guided by one of the family members, you will walk the entire estate: screening of the film recounting the history of your family business, visit the brewery, discover the still room and its Son & Lumière show, then immerse yourself in your aging cellar. It is here that the experience takes on its full dimension: between barrels, the Master of Cellar reveals the secrets of the art of aging. The choice of woods, the influence of the seasons, the birth of a unique aromatic signature. Pipette in hand, you tap directly into the barrels to discover whiskies in the process of aging, rare and unprecedented nuggets, still unknown to the general public.
