What You’ll Experience

The experience consists of an exclusive dinner at Gianmarco's home, in a historic building dating back to 1500 just behind Campo de Fiori. The elaborate menu will have purely traditional Roman flavours, with a refined touch. All KM0 products come from the farms around the city with which the Chef collaborates. The same is also true for wine. The perfect experience to avoid the chaos of restaurants and for those looking for true Roman gastronomic flavours.
