We visited several vineyards during our two-week trip to Kefalonia, but none offered the same warm, personal experience as this tasting. The wine tastings were generous, and each wine was paired with delicious local food, which really enhanced the experience.Our host was incredibly knowledgeable and provided plenty of information about each wine. What made the tasting even more special was that it was tailored to us—they took the time to find out which wines we had already sampled at other vineyards and adjusted the selection accordingly.The experience was excellent value for money and easily one of the highlights of our trip. We even chose to pay an extra €10 for a couple of additional wines, which came with extra food pairings and were well worth it. I would highly recommend this tasting to anyone visiting Kefalonia. In the UK, an experience of this quality would easily cost four times as much.
