The Farmer Who Doesn't Believe in Impossible

Manuel is a wonderful, sharp, and funny guide — owner of a lovely farm that faces no shortage of climate challenges. Yet against the odds, it grows lush and abundant, bursting with plants few would believe could thrive in this region. With little water, but boundless courage, passion, and hope, Manuel and his family have turned experimentation into a way of life, keeping their farm flourishing against all expectations.
