What You’ll Experience
We will visit one of the most important oil mills in Parteolla (from the Latin Pars Olea), an area near Cagliari and particularly suited for the production of quality extra virgin olive oil. The oil mill has been in business since 1962 and was built by the will of 31 citizens and olive growers of Dolianova (the main town of Parteolla).
