Family Village Winery Tour and Tasting

Discover the essence of Armenian winemaking at Dove Canyon Winery, located in the picturesque village of Aghavnadzor. Your experience will begin with a guided tour led by our winemaker, Abel, who will share the story of our historic vineyard and explain how we cultivate endemic Armenian grapes and how they compare with internationally recognized varieties. You’ll also learn about the unique environment that shapes our wines and the artistry behind our blending and aging techniques. After the tour, you'll enjoy a curated tasting of four wines, including newly crafted selections from our cellar. Each wine will be introduced by Abel, paired with a thoughtfully prepared selection of light foods designed to complement the flavors of our wines. You’ll savor a variety of local delicacies, including Armenian cheeses, cured meats, dried fruits, olives, fresh and roasted vegetables, and salads. Traditional lavash bread, natural fruit compotes, and mineral water are also served, followed by coffee, tea, and cookies to complete the experience. This immersive tasting experience blends Armenian hospitality, fine wine, and local flavors for an unforgettable taste of our local winemaking heritage.
