Experience Details

This pasta making class is the highlight of vacation in Rome. Cook in a warm and inviting venue, experience a hands-on class where you’ll master Italian cooking techniques. The chef has the knowledge of time-honored recipes and traditional techniques. Begin the class by making bread in a wood-fired oven and topping it with fresh tomatoes for a refreshing bruschetta. Craft pasta dough from scratch and shape it into fettuccine and ravioli. You will have your choice of sauces to pair with the fettuccine, including pesto, tomato basil and cacio e pepe. Fill the ravioli with a rich buffalo ricotta stuffing and toss it in a tomato basil sauce. A decadent homemade tiramisu finishes the meal on a sweet note.

What You’ll Experience

Explore the Italian culinary scene in a unique way by taking a cooking class in Rome with a local chef. Allow the talented chef to guide you through the techniques to kneading the dough and shaping it into fettuccine and ravioli. Then, make your choice of sauce, including pesto, carbonara or the local favorite, cacio e pepe. Whip up a buffalo ricotta filling for the ravioli and a classic tomato basil sauce to pair with it.
